One Hour Run

Tribike transport drop off
believe it or not, the deadline for bike drop off for tribike transport is next friday(8-15).
a few of us are planning on dropping off bikes next wednesday after work (8-13) at mission bay downtown. instead of another workout, we’re planning another meal at greektown.

1 hour swim 2 hour run 8-3-08
a group of us are meeting at tomorrow morning Lakeshore East at 7:30 Cafe Rom).
we’ll run to ohio street beach and plan on swimming one hour starting at around 7:45.
then a 2 hour run, starting at around 9:00 along the lakefront. hope you can join us for one, two, or three hours.
