VQ would like to extend this special offer to all Team Magellan IM Canada campers: Beginning April 1st, you can join VQ for monthly dues of $150, through August, 2008. This will give you access to all VQ morning, evening and weekend workouts: indoor cycling workouts and lactate threshold field tests, swim workouts, yoga, strength training, and outdoor rides once the weather improves. This also includes a generalized training plan designed for IM Canada. No Performance Test will be required for Magellan campers ($300 savings) who opt to join at this time.
