Change to Swim Workout

hey guys no swim this Friday, we resume swim practices at UIC next Friday March 7th. here is the work out for friday if you plan to swim.

Warm up (800 yards)
400 swim 400 pull

Prep Set (400 yards)
8×50 ( easy interval ) about 70-80% effort

Set #1 (1000 yards)
*do this set twice*
200 swim @ 80%
4×25 fast 10 sec rest per 25
200 pull with paddles  @ 80%

Set #2 (600 yards)
4×150 pace work get abut 15 - 20 seconds rest hitting the same time for all 4

Cool down (200 yards)
200 swim
